Dr. Adrienne Harris, professor of psychology at NYU, moderates a panel of company members in a dialogue that delves into the complexities of inclusive casting in theatre.

Company members Sean Arbuckle, Jani Lauzon, Anusree Roy, E.B. Smith, Brigit Wilson and speak to their experiences playing roles that are not explicitly written for their gender or ethnic background and some of the ripples of that practice.
