Kristeen Von Hagen
With numerous TV credits as a performer and writer, Las Vegas regular Kristeen Von Hagen, a four-time Canadian Comedy Award winner, makes a celebrated return to the Canadian stand-up stage.
Originally from Victoria, B.C., Kristeen now makes her home in Las Vegas, where she is the opening comedian and fluffer for the residency of Puppetry of the Penis. She also tours across Canada and the US.
As a writer and producer, Kristeen has won 4 Canadian Screen Awards. Her recent writing credits include The JUNO Awards, Stronger Together, Canada Day (CBC) & Canada’s Walk of Fame.
Kristeen is a 4 time Canadian Comedy Award winner and can be seen on the Just for Laughs Festival, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, SHOWTIME's Comedy Without Borders as well as 2 Comedy NOW! CTV specials. And most recently was seen in the holiday rom-com movie Santa’s Got Style.
Opener: Laurie Elliott
Laurie is a headlining comedy performer and four-time winner of the Funniest Female Comic at The Canadian Comedy Awards. Her stand-up credits include multiple gala performances at Montreal's Just for Laughs Festival, the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, the Comedy Factory in Rotterdam, Raw Comedy Club in Stockholm and a gala run at the Cape Town International Comedy Festival in South Africa. Laurie recently opened for Arsenio Hall and for comedian Stewart Francis during his farewell tour in England.
She has had recurring roles/appearances on The Red Green Show (she married Harold), The Jon Dore Television Show, But I'm Chris Jericho, CBC Radio’s The Debaters and Crave TV's New Eden. Her voice can be heard on many animated series such as Total Drama Island, Scaredy Squirrel, Camp Lakebottom, Wishfart and Cupcake and Dino.
In addition to stand-up and acting, Laurie's television writing has spanned nearly 20 years. Selected credits include five seasons of Total Drama Island, Sixteen, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, Rocket Monkeys, Dorg Van Dango, Total Dramarama, Disney's My Babysitter's a Vampire and Apple TV’s The Snoopy Show.
