2025 GROUPS & SCHOOLS PRIORITY BOOKING

• Discounts apply to groups of 10 or more (school groups of 6 or more) attending the same performance.
• Priority booking requires a minimum nonrefundable deposit of $100 plus tax for schools and $150 plus tax for groups or $5 per ticket, whichever is greater.
• A 30% down payment is due 30 days after booking.
• The total remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the performance date.
• Group orders booked within 45 days of performance require full payment at time of booking.
• Groups cancelling their entire order within 45 days of the performance will forfeit 100% of the deposit and down payment.
• Adjustments to an order must be completed before the final balance is paid.
• All fully paid tickets are non-refundable
• For every 20 tickets paid in full, we offer one complimentary ticket.
• Pay-What-You-Can pricing not available for Groups and Schools.
• All of the tickets from a group order may be exchanged, if necessary, for an alternative show or an alternative date, if available, 45 days prior to the performance for which the tickets were purchased. Each exchanged ticket is subject to an $8.10 ticket exchange fee, no limit.
• An individual who has purchased a ticket from a group may exchange the ticket on an individual basis for an alternative date, an alterative show or an alternative seat, if available, at least 24 hours before the performance for which the ticket was purchased. However, any group rate that applied to the original ticket does not apply to the new ticket. Each exchanged ticket is subject to an $8.10 ticket exchange fee plus any applicable differences in ticket price.
