The Facilities department keeps our buildings and grounds operating and looking great. They are the ones who keep us safe, from sanitizing our spaces to securing our buildings. This department comprises carpenters, electricians, engineers, gardeners, housekeepers, maintenance and Stage Door guards.
The Stage Door is located off the staff parking lot near the loading docks on the Stage Level of the Festival Theatre, 55 Queen Street.
The Stage Door Guard can be contacted through the phone located on the wall inside of the stage door vestibule 24/7.
Stage Door monitors access to our buildings. They are the first point of contact for any security concern or physical plant issues (eg. power failure). The friendly staff are there to keep us safe and help things run smoothly. You can contact Stage Door after hours if you need access to a building or access to an Arden schedule.
Centralized Waste & Recycling
at the Festival Theatre buildings
Please deposit all your waste & recycling in the appropriate centralized bins. By having centralized bins instead of individual waste receptacles for each work station it allows maintenance to better address all areas of concern.
You will find these bins in various locations as noted below:

- IT & Mailroom Hallway by Photocopier
- Beside Mail Cage by Stage Door Hallway
- Wardrobes – Within each Room
